Since many of our bikes are custom-configured to your specifications, lead times typically range from 4 to 8 weeks. We will provide a specific delivery estimate once your order is confirmed.

Yes, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and throughout Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the size of the items ordered.
What is your return policy for accessories and components?
Unused accessories and components in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
How do I handle a warranty claim?
If you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue. We stand behind our frames and components according to our standard warranty terms.
Are your bikes shipped fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped partially disassembled. We recommend having your bike professionaly tuned and inspected by a local bike shop before your first ride.
